(v. 2) DRCRE
(v. 26) personal relationship/walk with God
3. How is God calling you to respond to what you've read today?
(v. 2) be encouraged while waiting . don't give up . trust in His Promises
(v. 26) stop being stubborn and address the issues in my relationship with Him
4. Your own additional thoughts/meditations:
(v. 2) today marks the 3 year anniversary of DRCRE . God is just continually reminding me that His Word is final . He will do as He told me in the beginning . He knows waiting can be difficult and discouraging . But even when he moves me to that new place, there is still His Work to be done .
(v. 26) i haven't been giving God the time of day for awhile now . i know who He is but i disrespect Him by not truly being engaged in His Presence or in His Word . i am aware of where i am slacking and yet, i'm not doing anything to change . this verse is God's way of sternly disciplining me . He's reminding me that i know His commandments . i have the choice to either obey and fix my relationship with Him or continue to be numb/indifferent and suffer the consequences .
